Chin Lai Copilot is an internal assistant for Chin Lai Hardware Sdn. Bhd. staff, used at sales.chinlai.com.my and inventory.chinlai.com.my, to help with sales, the product catalog and customer correspondence.

When a staff member connects their Google account, Chin Lai Copilot uses Gmail access to read, search and draft emails for that user, and to send a message only after the user approves it.

This data is processed and stored on Chin Lai's own servers (Google Cloud, asia-southeast1). It is never sold or shared with third parties and is not used to train general AI models.

You can disconnect your Google account at any time in Connected apps, which deletes the stored tokens.

Chin Lai Copilot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
